INFO

I started loving Rapp music while was 9 years. I was interested in making hip-hop music as well as dancing, since I had no resources I only danced. When I was 12 years, I started recording myself on a tape recorder at home that my father bought as a mobile stereo. I was influenced into doing music by the way my father sang every afternoon while he played a keyboard that he once owned. I started dancing public family events when I was 12 years.

Even when I went to high school I was dancing, I remember when I was in Grade 10 (2008) there was a first Talent show hosted by the Thengwe High School which I auditioned and danced hip-hop alongside "Lebmap" who we became friends with the song “Me & U – Cassie”, I was 15 years. I then started writing lyrics of my own and poems while I was 17 years I wrote [Go to Hell (2010)] reviewed by "G-West" and in 2011 I wrote [I’m not a failer].

So, I went to University of Venda and joined a Dance crew which was a general group of dancers from Hip-Hop, Sbujwa, and Pantsula etc. I was one of the dancers who could master routines, do freestyles and we were under the leadership of "Stepper" and "Lebmap" was one of the dancers too. I influenced "Skabana" to also join us I am dancing since he was also a big Hip-hop fan.

We danced in many shows in the name Too general from Thohoyandou Municipal cycle in plaza next to FNB building which was hosted by MTN and Univen radio which artists like "Khakhathi" also performed, Khoroni Hotel, 2010 Centre, Univen auditorium, Univen Sport Hall, etc.

We continued with dancing but then in 2012 I did freestyle records debts with my little sister and little brother (Dzilafho and Zwavhudi) and as I was continuing writing lyrics now and then I also recorded some lyrics that I’ve written.

In August 2012 I uploaded [speaker flow 2], which was one of the freestyle demos that I did with my then 8-year-old little brother "Zwavhudi". In the same year, in December I uploaded [Tshikolo 2 remix] which was a solo track.

Both tracks received mostly positive reviews and critics from family and friends. My Parents heard most of the tracks. I compiled about 19 tracks which were all poorly recorded by a phone that I had with voice recorder while playing beats from Miles project which I converted all from wave to mp3 using my computer desktop.

In 2013 I continued with recording music but this time I used a camcorder to record voices of which I still use video cameras to record music and produce them myself using video editing programmes because of lack of resources at my father’s Events coverage company named Spread Multi Electronics Pty-Ltd. Along the way I was given a poem book by “Ndivho Nelufule” which I recorded one track using the poem [Where do I go from here]. In October 2013 I did freestyle [Vhacondwalela] which became a hit uploaded which received allot of critics especially lyrically and flow from the Netshitungulu Volume 2 which was mostly self written 13 tracks which were all poorly mastered.

As I was still in the Univen dance crew in 2013 it was changed to Electro General Morden Dance Crew and departed from it in 2014 for solo dances. I was then recruited by “Livhuwani Muthundinne (Leb405)” and “Dzivhuluwani Matevhutevhu (Popcorn)” to the “Ghetto Pushers” in December 2013 we sat and Discuss on how they would diverge from Volcano crew both of them to form Ghetto Pushers. In March 2014 we did [Fly Away] which was an opening track and that’s were I found myself in front of a studio at BHF in Matangari which I wrote the whole verse and then early April I recorded a single [We are here]. I uploaded [Fly away] and people craved for a second track.

Early May we dropped [We are on top we made it], August we dropped [Ghetto Life] as Ghetto Pushers. In September I went to Jericho-Brits to visit my dad's workplace, while I was there I did not stop I recorded one track called [nobody's perfect], one freestyle dance video and one freestyle Rapp-video of which I uploaded only the danced freestyle on YouTube. I performed a Rapp and dance with "Skabana" and "wishes" October 2014. [Ghetto Life] track was so dope people loved it on the net and live performances and "Micah" said its One of his favourite tracks. Even "DJ Stifler" along with "No Tshuwa Mini" helped in getting me some performances too the same year.

"Lebmap" from “Ramzey Records” have been my mentor throughout the music uploads, dance and channels. In December 2014 we recorded "Nne ndi wawe". I distributed the track through “Whatsapp” contacts; they were so amazed by the track, it received allot of positive feedbacks although there were other bad reviews and when I uploaded it got the highest downloads ever from Ghetto Pushers. In January 2015 I recorded [Love] with sample voices of "Samantha" while I was back at Jericho-Brits.

I came back to Venda and we did our Fifth track called [Thiho kha Mbambe] in February and did a theme for the album as Watch and Learn and “Elbee” did a Photo Art of the Ghetto Pushers and Pasted on our Tracks as the Ghetto Pushers Photo. My Little brother "Nesh" said it’s his favourite track. On the 14th of February I performed [Nne ndi Wawe] as a solo at Mukumbani show. Then performed 11 Minutes mix solo at Univen CanDo show that I passed the auditions and I was the second artist to open the stage, 21 February 2015.

Early April I did more solo debuts [Energy] and [Hold on] verse inputs and [I’m a king (intrude)]. Then Zwavhudi and I did a video dance with Zwavhudi which got a bang in YouTube. It was shared allot. In mid-April we recorded [Grindin] and [Glamorous] same day just that we sent Glamorous on “Whatsapp” contacts and only uploaded [Grindin] and had allot a good feedback on “Whatsapp” personally and had new “Facebook” friends across the world, [Grindin] was loved by allot of people, my Aunts, cousins shows a lot of support by sharing it widely, “Mathoma KC” liked it, he has seen me perform several times. He’s been my inspiration since 2011 and he taught me that I can be anything if I put a lot of effort in achieving it and not give up on your dreams.

We did [Building Empires] with "Skabana", "No Beef" with "Lebmap” and Conqueror lastly that year. I created a Facebook page which reached 100 likes before the end of 2015 (it had more than 5000 likes when I merged it with Mathoma KC). We can’t wait to work on the new projects on made beats and mixtape officially registered. The Ghetto Pushers mixtape has been online through single drops and have created a stir in “Venrap Music” as the unique tenants which are Leb405, Popcorn and Denten have outlined rap lyrically.

During July my little brother “Zwavhudi” and I did three freestyles mostly using done beats of which the first one which was more than 45 minutes for fun were in little brother “Zwavhudi” would spit, I spit, vice versa we did them in three days of which if compiled they’ll all be less than 2 hours. We uploaded a sample which created a stair, and we did some solo dances and I did three music videos in the year 2016. Zwavhudi has written two tracks for now... one in September uploaded in October 2016 [Zwavhudi - Lifestyle (ft. Denzhe)] and the other one recorded in February and end 2017 it was on the net... [Zwavhudi - Father (ft. Denzhe)] although we used done beats by famous artists I mastered both tracks featured. He had been on freestyles since 2012 while he was as little as 8, now he is equipped to write lyrics, under my guidance.

We were busy almost every weekend trying to make beats ever since 2016 and we are progressing, new stuff, new loops, samples and “from scratch” beats established every time and both self equipped for more. Although we have performed in few shows and weddings as the Ghetto Pushers or as Play Hard Gang (lead by Skabana), I have been performing solo in most events including December 2016 were I went to Elim Town connected to "DJ limitation" by "Bomo" and in February 2017 Mix2fam in association with Play Hard Gang did "Ndi Wawe remix" and that’s the last of it to compile the "Ghetto Pushers Promotional Album (2014-2015 & 2017)".

Through most of the tracks that I recorded I mentioned "Ndo la Mashonzha" or "Ro la Mashonzha"; in December 2015 T-shirts were designed and made by “Caiphus Ratshivhadelo” & “Dzilafho Netshitungulu” and they have been pushing the brand since then. I have been writing and compiling solo albums also and I will make sure these tracks go worldwide and have an outstanding good impact on people’s lives. I have mostly been the Promoter & Funder of the Ghetto Pushers; the other members of Ghetto Pushers now reside in Gauteng. Most of my verses are co-written by “Skabana”; I have already featured more than 20 artists and have been produced by more than 10 Producers. I was formally known as “Denten” because I was named back in 2010, I recently decided to drop the suffix “Ten” because it gave problem while I was called out to perform in stages and confused with “Benten”. As of the year 2017 I have been giving away free CD’s namely Ghetto Pushers (Mixtape Album) and You Made It (EP) to artists, friends, family, and other people whom I thought they might help me promote and give critics just for exposure.

The “You Made It (EP)” and all mixtapes are on the divergence from my co-owned labels to going abroad and featuring other Artists outside my circle and for promotion only. This is to showcase my skills, strength and weaknesses that I have acquired. Faced with challenges; I wrote all lyrics based on my true lifetime stories; however, their themes are of are not finger pointed and not personal. Although the album is distributed on the net, some of the tracks have been uploaded as singles. All tracks were mixed by Denzhe Netshitungulu unless indicated by *. These released albums were all Published by Manyethe Media (Pty) Ltd.

From 2016, I have made more than 80 instrumentals that are co-produced by my little brother “Zwavhudi” using a moniker I gave him called "@Zeebeetz”. I made a Debut Mixtape Album called Girl Problems (Prod. By Zeebeetz) which was uploaded on the 4th of November 2020. Its distributed digitally on Audiomac and Fakaza, also using tunecore, so it’s on Spotify, Itunes, Youtube, Facebook, etc. This album was submitted to Ligwalagwala FM, Metro FM, YFM, Univen FM, Mutale FM, Bay FM, KVSC FM, 974 FM, KFM, 947, Algoa FM, Ikwekwezi FM, 702 FM, classic1027, etc.
